The new Sorento consists of eight models and comes in four grades. The ‘1’ grade is a 2WD available as a 2.4 litre petrol 5-seater or a 2.2 litre CRDi 7-seater. Moving up the range, the trim grades add an Intelligent 4WD system as standard and as such become KX-1. KX-2 and KX-3. KX-1 and KX-2 are available as 7-seat 2.2 CRDi models, both manual or automatic, whilst the range-topping KX-3 is a 7-seat 2.2 CRDi automatic.
